Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Orders must be placed by 2 am the day you want your meal. (Example: Monday's lunch must be ordered by 2:00 a.m. Monday)
Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled until 2:00 a.m. the day for which the meals were ordered. After the 2:00 a.m. all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled by Monday at 2:00 a.m.)

Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page select "Place Order" there you can scroll through the Menu Calendar and cancel meals per day. You will see a red link that says "cancel" on the Menu days for which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy" cancelled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child.

Q: What happens if I my child is sick?
A: If your child is out sick, you will follow the cancellation policy as described above.

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?  Milk or Juice is included in all lunches.
A: All meals include your choice of 1% milk or 100 % Apple Juice.  Some programs opt to serve Milk Only.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
